Please fill out the booking form below to request a tattoo appointment. For new clients or if it’s been a while since you last booked with me, please look over my Policies & FAQ. After submitting your booking form, check your email for a response within 1-10 days. If you don’t hear back after that, reach out to check in! To schedule a touch up, just email me at ellierosetattoo@gmail.com, no booking form necessary!
